Booking can be done online by filling up the booking form provided in the website. Payment can be made through any of the credit/debit cards listed in the website.
A booking confirmation will be sent to the guest over email when he completes an online car booking with myintercity.cab
Producing the booking voucher provided earlier is mandatory to avail the car rental services by myintercity.cab. Not producing the booking voucher entitles the driver to refuse service delivery without any liability on us to refund the booking amount.
When a customer produces the booking voucher, it implies that he has read and understood all terms and conditions mentioned herewith and agrees with all of them.
Duty slip has to be filled by the customer prior the journey, if this has not been done by the customer no disputes will be entertained later. The starting and ending distance in Kms will be calculated from the point of pick-up to point of drop off. Driving speed will be as per the directions of the local transport authority only. Toll charges, Parking charges, state taxes and entry fees etc to be paid by the customer only.
Distances between two points on the website are approximate. Actual distance may vary depending on the exact geographical location of the points under consideration.
Air-conditioner of the cab will not work on mountain routes & when the vehicle is not in motion. So, customers are requested not to ask the driver to make the air condition operational in such cases.
The booking voucher is mandatory to avail any applicable discounts or cash back. In case of a cash back, the amount will be credited to your credit card/debit card account from which the payment was made to myintercity.cab in approximately 15 business days from the pick up date.
Any form of discounts is only applicable to the basic fare of the cab and cannot be applied on extra charges like toll taxes, parking charges, on extra Kms consumed charges, extra hours charges, driver allowance, night halt charges.
The vehicle you booked will be subject to availability. In a case your booked car is not available on the day of travel, the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle.
Customer can request for amendments to a booking made earlier by him only if the request is done 24 hours before the pickup time. No changes will be possible within 24 hours pick up time. In cases where changes are requested on cab type, this is subject to availability of the cabs. In case the customer has not informed myintercity.cab about the changes in his schedule 24 hours before the pickup no refunds will be made. For any kind of changes customer needs to contact the support team of myintercity.cab and mention your booking ID.
The customer will have to pay waiting charges in the case of delay (be it for any reason) exceeding more than 10 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
The customer is also liable to pay for any additional distance travelled and additional hourly charges if applicable. Any kind of unscheduled changes will be counted as additional charges.
All the cab bookings under consideration are on a calendar day basis i.e. from midnight 12:00 to midnight 12:00. For example, if a cab booked for 10th Jan where the pickup time is 4:00 p.m, the booking will be valid till 11th Jan 11:59 p.m and not 12th Jan 5:00 p.m.
Cabs those are booked for outstation trips (any or all of One-Way, round trip & multicity) cannot be used for travel locally. As an example, if a customer books a cab from Vadodara to Surat then to Bhaurch and back to Baroda for a period of 2 days in total & has a predefined Km limit of 750 Kms and he returns back to Vadodara on the first day & has a remaining balance of 50 Kms with one day remaining, He cannot use this 50Kms to travel locally in Vadodara (Source city), however the customer can travel from Vadodara to some other city outside city limits of Vadodara (like Anand) & consume the remaining 50 Kms or even more than this by paying additional charges.
My InterCity Cab services have all travel charges like toll, taxes etc. applicable when the vehicle returns back to its original location after dropping the customer at the destination. It means if you avail My InterCity Cab services from Vadodara to Ahmedabad, then you will have to pay all charges applicable while the cab returns back from Ahmedabad to Vadodara.
A customer can upgrade his booking from one way trip to round trip or multi city trip while the travel is in progress. You can do this by submitting a request for amendment with your your Booking ID & reason for an amendment to our support team. After the amendment request is approved, our support team will guide the customer on the difference of the amount to be paid to the driver to confirm the amendment. This has to be paid immediately to the driver in cash after getting the confirmation of approved amendment, failure to do so will lead to the declination of the amendment request.
The driver will wait for the customer on the travel date for 30 minutes from his pick up time. In case the customer does not inform the driver about the delay. After 30 minutes the booking will be automatically considered as a case of no show and full booking amount will be forfeited.
For all kinds of travels (one way, round trip & local) customer has to bear all extra charges like driver allowance, toll taxes, parking charges, extra Kms charges, extra hours consumed charges, night halt charges, etc.

There is an option available in which you can refuse to provide your personal information. You can still visit the myintercity.cab website & App, but you may not be able to access certain options, offers and services. myintercity.cab will not sell, trade or disclose to third parties any information derived from the registration for, or use of, any online service.
